Virtual Coaching and Programming
For anyone outside the VB area. We use the magic of True Coach to deliver programing templates and a variety of educational material.
Communication lines are kept open at all times via text/email. Responses to all questions/inquiries will never take more than 24 hours barring travel and/or tragedy.
Personal Training
60 minutes: $60-$100
30 minutes: $45-$60
For anyone in the Virginia Beach area, I train out of Onelife Fitness on Virginia Beach Blvd. Feel free to reach out and schedule a consult. The consult and your first 2 workouts are on me.
